$325/week excluding pre-camp care and after camp care services.

Medical Information

Consent and Agreements

Liability Waiver

I, the undersigned, acknowledge that participation in summer camp activities involves inherent risks of injury. I agree to release and hold harmless Cambridge International Academy, its staff, and affiliates from any claims of injury, damage, or loss arising from participation in the camp programs.

Medical Authorization

In the event of a medical emergency, I authorize Cambridge International Academy staff to obtain appropriate medical care for my child. I accept responsibility for all costs associated with medical treatment.

Code of Conduct

I agree that my child will adhere to the camp’s established code of conduct. I understand that disruptive or unsafe behavior may result in my child’s dismissal from the program without a refund.

Photography and Media Release

Refund Policy

I understand that cancellations must be submitted in writing at least two weeks prior to the camp start date to receive a full refund. No refunds will be provided for cancellations within two weeks of the start date or for missed sessions.

Program-Specific Consent

I understand that certain programs, such as Drone Flying Camp, involve the use of specialized equipment. I consent to my child’s supervised use of this equipment and acknowledge the associated risks.

Property Damage

I agree to accept responsibility for any damage caused by my child to camp property, including but not limited to drones, computers, and other equipment. I understand that I may be held liable for repair or replacement costs resulting from negligence or misuse by my child.

By signing below, I confirm that I am the parent/guardian of the student, and I agree to the terms and conditions of the summer school program.
