• Student identity information: full name, preferred name, date of birth, Ontario Education Number (OEN), student number, and grade level

• Contact information: email address, phone number, mailing address, city, province, and postal code

• Parent/guardian information: names, email addresses, and phone numbers for up to two parents or guardians

• Academic information: previous school attended, start date, course selections and schedules, and academic notes

• Account credentials: login email and authentication details associated with your member account

We collect this information directly from students, parents, and administrative staff for the purposes of enrollment, course scheduling, academic recordkeeping, and school communications.

We handle all Personal Information collected through this Site in accordance with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) — see the PIPEDA Compliance section below for details.

Like many site operators, we collect information that your browser sends whenever you visit our Site ("Log Data"). • Individual access — allowing students, parents, and guardians to request access to their Personal Information and to challenge its accuracy or completeness

• Challenging compliance — providing a means to address concerns or complaints regarding our compliance with this policy or PIPEDA

If a concern cannot be resolved directly with us, you may also contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada (OPC).
