Cambridge International Academy is located on the lands covered by the 1923 Williams Treaties, with pre-existing Treaty harvesting rights recognized by the 2018 Williams Treaties Settlement Agreement. We acknowledge that Cambridge International Academy is situated on the Treaty lands of the Williams Treaties First Nations, who include the Rights-Holding, Sovereign Nations of the Michi Saagiig and Chippewa communities, including the Mississaugas of Scugog Island, Alderville, Curve Lake and Hiawatha First Nations, and the Chippewa First Nations of Beausoleil, Rama and Georgina Island.

We recognize the enduring relationship between these First Nations and this land, and we honour their Indigenous Knowledges, Histories and Cultures. As a school community, we are committed to fostering respect, understanding, and reconciliation through education.
